WELDING
FUNDAMENTALS

Our approach to welding training and certification is modern and effective. Your training is as non-invasive as possible. Our options include instructor-led classes and our hybrid approach.

We train in class, online, with media, augmented reality (virtual), and on-the-job training. We are dedicated to our students and we provide an apprenticeship. We use the premium standard of curriculum and use MillerOculweld, and Lincoln Tech as partner equipment.

We have a setup that’s affordable (for our students and us), an easy-to-use welding simulation tool engaging and introduces students to welding through a hands-on augmented reality experience. We have a facility that allows the students to weld and analyzes data with welds as they progress.

Build and fabricate with our Welding program. It starts by helping students learn what the life of a welder is like via interactive workshop courses and augmented reality welding booths. Never welded before? That’s no problem at all.

In as little as five months, students can graduate from the program. Students will also be prepared to excel in job interviews and welding tests for various welding certifications. The Fundamentals of Welding program trains our students in the skills needed to work worldwide.

There are a number of careers that welding skills are needed: Aerospace and Aviation, Transportation & Automotive shops, Shipbuilding Construction, The military, Manufacturing, Heavy Equipment, Railcar, Pipefitting, Work Trucks, Construction & Fabrication, Farm & Ranch, Racing, Customization, Restoring, and Welding Education & Training

Our process is simple: 1. Foundation 2. Augmented Reality 3. Reality 4. Experience. Upon successful completion of this Certificate, students will have a knowledge base in Shielded metal arc (SMAW) welding, (MIG) welding, and Tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding.

Solar Technologies Training

OSHA 10

Sollar Panel Installation
Technician

Our Photovoltaic Panel Installation Technician Program prepares individuals to apply basic engineering principles and technical skills in support of engineers and other professionals engaged in developing solar-powered energy systems. The course includes instruction in solar energy principles, energy storage and transfer technologies, testing and inspection procedures, system maintenance procedures, and report preparations.

Other topics include site analysis, system sizing, array configuration, and electricity basics; electrical design characteristics such as wiring, overcurrent protection, and grounding; a detailed look at module and inverter specifications and characteristics; mounting methods for various roof structures and ground mounts; and an introduction to safety, construction management, commissioning and more.

This course will provide students with the skills and training necessary for entry-level positions as Solar PV installers. Starting with the PV fundamentals, and a solid understanding of various components, system architectures, and applications for PV systems, Students will obtain in-depth knowledge PV Solar. Upon completion of this course, students will be prepared to take part in one of the fastest-growing industries in the world.

CNC Machining

CNC

Train in Machining

CNC mechanics program, run, and screen PC numeric-controlled machines, which make metal instruments and parts. They guarantee that the machines work accurately and that parts are sliced flawlessly. They likewise perform upkeep on the machines and supplant dull or matured parts as the need should arise.

There are various ways of turning into a certified CNC mechanical engineer. Certain individuals take courses at junior colleges, while others take apprenticeship courses presented by producers or by their managers.

CNC engineers ought to be issue solvers since they regularly investigate issues and perform fixes. With that in mind, they ought to likewise be precisely gifted and open to utilizing CNC programming.

A PC mathematically controlled (CNC) engineer creates and works a PC and precisely controlled devices to deliver different instruments and contraptions. They control the hardware that delivers the speed and slices to make a particular part. CNC mechanical engineers program CNC hardware to decide the rate and cuts of creation.
